Orthodontic Emergencies

Although Orthodontic emergencies are rare here are some solutions to help until you can come into the office.

Wire poking your cheek or a loose bracket

If you have a wire poking your cheek or a loose bracket you can place wax on the end of the wire or on the loose bracket. If your bracket causes a sore on your gums or cheeks you can also place wax on the bracket until the area has time to heal.
